JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the RF/Analog/PMU design team to achieve competitive advanced CMOS SoC for WiFi6, Bluetooth/BLE and following WiFi7 application. Responsible for the design and development of PMU modules for the SoC, including BG, LDO, DCDC, Charge Pump, Charger etc.
- Reasonably design the top architecture of SoC PMU modules, optimize the quiescent power consumption/layout area to meet the specifications of PSRR/Efficiency/ESD reliability/RF interference isolation etc.
- Verify and characterize PMU modules with SoC/RF/System teams. Analyze and debug chip issues and find solutions to fix, promote mass production.
